UPR Extreme Series Adjustable Race Lower Control Arms set the industry standard for race lower control arms in 1998 and haven't looked back. 4130 Chrome Moly .083 wall thickness tubing CNC machined and Tig welded in Billet Steel Fixtures for a perfect fit every time. Stainless Steel sleeves and 1/2" (79-98) or 9/16" (99-04) Grade 8 Hardware matched with high strength chrome moly rod ends that are self sealing, self lubricating and teflon lined. Installs in 1.5 to 2 hours with basic hand tools. Installation requires the removal of the rear sway bar and drilling out the rear end and body side mounting locations to either 1/2" or 9/16". 79-98 is .474" (12mm) from the factory and 99-04 is .548" (14mm) from the factory. These factory mounting holes take a beating over time so opening them up to 1/2" (.500") or 9/16" (.563") cleans up any deformation and eliminates any play in the bolt holes.
