Warranty
All products offered by 4xPerformanceParts follow the manufactures warranty for said product. Some products are sold "As Is" with no warranty. 4xPerformanceParts will not be liable for any damage, bodily injury or death arising from the use of part or parts sold. The buyer and user of the part or parts shall determine the use and safety of the part for its intended use. The buyer assumes all liability and risk with purchases and installations of any product from 4xPerformanceParts on their vehicles.
Prices
Prices are subject to change at anytime. Suppliers adjust pricing sometimes without notice. 4xPerformanceParts reserves the rights to contact the purchaser after purchase and make purchaser aware of a price increase. At that time the purchaser may accept or cancel their purchase. If purchaser decides to cancel there will be no restocking fee and a refund will be processed. All sales made in the state of Maryland will incur the 6% state tax fee.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Keep in mind a lot of our items including packages are oversized. Most packaged are shipped via Ground shipping unless buyer selects a quicker shipping option. Purchases made after 12pm eastern standard time if available, will ship the next business day. Some items may ship via Truck Freight only. The actual shipping costs will be determined after the purchase and the buyer will be contacted for any extra costs for the shipment. Residential Truck Freight and LIFT GATE REQUIRED shipments carry higher costs, all at buyers expense.
Returns
No returns accepted after 30 days from date of order. Returns carry up to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is received as a result of our error, contact us immediately for the next steps. If any item has been installed or modified it is non returnable. . Items that have not been installed and you have lost parts or damaged the item in any way making them unable to resell, these items will be unqualified for a return or refund. If an item is damaged due to shipping, it is your responsibility to keep all boxes and shipping material to process this claim. The shipping companies require these items to start a shipping damage claim. Buyer will be responsible to send photos of the damaged boxes and all materials including the product that is damaged.
If your return of an item or items meets the requirements above, please contact us immediately with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. An RMA# will be provided that is required for your return and must be written clearly on the outside of your package. We will provide the next steps needed after the RMA# is issued.
A refund should be completed in approximately four weeks of the confirmed receipt of your item to our warehouse. In most cases you will receive a refund in a quicker time frame. The approximate time frame is based on typical shipping in, processing and inspection of the defective item as well as the banks time in transferring funds or credit card processing times.
