About 4x
I started racing in 1993. It did not take me long to start working on my car and making it quicker and faster. After doing this as a hobby for a few years, I decided I would make a career out of it. In 1996, I got my first job in the high performance parts industry as a sales and technical specialist. I have been in the industry for over 28 years. I raced on and off competitively in the NMRA Series. My first full season was 2007, in the Factory Stock Class, winning its Rookie of the Year Award as well as the Factory Stock Championship. I continued racing in Factory Stock through 2010, inheriting the nickname "4x" after 4 straight Factory Stock Championships (07-10). I decided it was time to go faster and switched classes to NMCA Mean Street and then to the NMRA Pure Street class. Although I did not grab any wins, I did make it to several final rounds. I have also raced at the Import vs. Domestic World Cup Finals All Motor Class for over a decade, placing as runner up several times and winning in 2018. This event was by far the most difficult win in my career. If you made it this far, that's a brief description of my experience in this industry and I know what it takes to put together a great performing car, on and off the race track.
